Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is probably unlike any other player we've seen in the past. He's been likened to a bunch of legends that once played the game, but there is no one player who particularly compares to the reigning back-to-back MVP.

If you ask Jrue Holiday, though, the Bucks point guard has an interesting take when it comes to an Antetokounmpo comparison.

For Holiday, the closest thing he can compare his Bucks teammate to is Godzilla—or King Kong maybe:

“He really should be like in Space Jam,” Holiday said, via Brendon Kleen of Uproxx. “where your arm just stretches, your legs are out. It’s some of the craziest stuff I’ve ever seen.

“It’s like Godzilla vs. King Kong.”

Holiday made his hilarious comment in a recent appearance on JJ Redick‘s The Old Man & The Three podcast:

Judging by what we've seen from Giannis over the past few years, Holiday's comparison is indeed warranted — both the Monstars reference and the Godzilla/King  Kong analogy.

Antetokounmpo's monstrous dominance was on full display on Thursday when he led the Bucks to a 124-117 win in a marquee matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers. Giannis led all scorers with 27 points on 8-of-15 shooting, to go along with 16 boards, six assists, two steals, and a block. The Sixers own the best record in the East and they are clearly no pushovers. Antetokounmpo busted out his MVP form as Milwaukee took down Joel Embiid and Co. in a tight encounter on Thursday.
