The Brooklyn Nets squeaked by the Milwaukee Bucks after an outstanding performance by Kevin Durant amid his 49-point masterpiece. After the game, Bucks point guard Jrue Holiday took exception to Durant's outing, blasting the referees in the process.

“I think calls helped [Durant],’’ Holiday said, according to Marc Berman of the New York Post. “By the end of the game, I had three fouls. Tuck [P.J. Tucker] had five. Giannis [Antetokounmpo] had six, Brook [Lopez] had four. Khris [Middleton] had four. It gets hard.’’

Well, there were a lot of whistles, but Durant was on another level all game long as the Nets got the win and went up in the series 3-2 over the Bucks. Durant finished the game with 49 points on 16-23 from the field with 17 rebounds and 10 assists in the victory for Brooklyn.

Holiday added that they needed to be more aggressive on the offensive end, especially against James Harden, but didn't seem to be too convinced that it would help.

“But it’s not even like he’s going to get calls on him.’’

Either way, Durant was unstoppable, and the Bucks were called for five more fouls than the Nets during the game. Game 6 will be on Thursday night, and the Nets can finish the series off as Kyrie Irving heals up. The Bucks will come out fighting for their lives and a chance to tie the series and cause a winner-takes-all Game 7.
