Ubisoft arguably built the Far Cry series on top of their iconic villains. Starting with Vaas from Far Cry 3, Ubisoft realized that having compelling villains help sell video games. We continue with Giancarlo Esposito's Anton Castillo in the latest title in the series. And speaking of Far Cry 6, the Ubisoft Originals title will be looking back at what made the series a massive success in the first place. To pay homage to the iconic villains of the series, Far Cry 6‘s Season Pass will feature the three iconic villains once again. And this time, players get to control them in their playthrough.

Far Cry 6 Season Pass will let you play as the series' iconic villains

The Ubisoft Forward during E3 2021 showcased Fary Cry 6 again, featuring Anton Castillo, capturing a boat carrying Dani Rojas and her group. Since the start of the game's marketing, Ubisoft has banked heavily on the dictator villain character, featuring him the most among all of the characters. Ubisoft really knows that the Far Cry series relies on its main villain heavily. And so far, we're thankful that Giancarlo Esposito's character has been a delightful treat to watch.

But it seems like we're also getting more than just Anton Castillo in Far Cry 6. Revealed in Ubisoft Forward as well is the game's Season Pass. In the game's DLCs, three new stories will be made available, letting us play as Vaas, Pagan, and Joseph this time around. We're not sure if their stories will coincide with what happened in the games they were in, or if the stories will be entirely new and divorced from the games they appeared in.
