Wednesday night in Memphis, Grizzlies power forward JaMychal Green absolutely destroyed Milwaukee Bucks forward Ersan Ilyasova with a monster poster dunk in the first quarter.

JaMychal Green, who is 227 pounds, just plowed through Ersan Ilyasova with ease and let the Bucks forward know about it afterward.

That's as nasty a dunk as you're going to see in the NBA. JaMychal Green isn't known as a high-flyer, but he showed everyone on Wednesday he has the skills to be one.

As for Ilyasova, well, he is going to be trending on social media Wednesday for the wrong reasons. No one ever wants to be on the wrong end of a poster, but sometimes it just happens.

JaMychal Green and the Grizzlies entered Wednesday's game against the Bucks at 19-24. The club is really struggling to score this season, averaging just 100.9 points per game. That's 29th in the NBA.

JaMychal Green came into Wednesday averaging 10.7 points and 6.7 rebounds while shooting 51.8 percent from the floor, 39.7 percent from beyond the arc, and 77.4 percent from the free-throw line.

Meanwhile, the Bucks are having a banner year so far, and Ilyasova has been a solid contributor. The 31-year-old is stretching the floor well for Milwaukee, as he's shooting 37.8 percent from the three-point line on the season while averaging 7.4 points and 5.2 rebounds off the bench.
