After LeBron James, it looks like Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young will be the next NBA player to star in the Drew League.

On Saturday, LeBron made his return to the pro-am league for the first time in 11 years. And with news that Kyrie Irving would also play, Young couldn't help but feel like going to LA as well and hoop.

“Damn Bron & Ky hooped in the Drew today?! I’m jumping in a game soon.!!” Young wrote on Twitter while tagging the Drew League account.

We can't blame Trae Young for feeling like that, though. LeBron James did put quite the show in the competition, dunking here and there to excite and entertain the massive crowd in attendance. There was even one moment when he almost destroyed the hoop with his powerful slam.

Unfortunately for Young and other NBA fans, Irving didn't make an appearance despite initial expectations he'd play. Apparently, he helped Lakers coach Phil Handy during his camp, even being spotted doing drills for the kids and campers.

Hopefully, fans will get to see Young the next time Drew League returns for more weekly basketball action. Ice Trae himself has played in other pro-am competitions in the past, and it will definitely be exciting to see him match up with other NBA players in LA.

Hey, maybe he could even play against LeBron if the Los Angeles Lakers star decides to suit up again? Or maybe Young would be able to face Kyrie should the veteran playmaker attempt another shot at the competition after missing it?
