During his illustrious NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers, Kobe Bryant had the pleasure of playing with some tremendously talented basketball players.

Everyone familiar with the Lakers knows who Bryant's best teammate of all time is. However, who are the other four great players The Black Mamba suited up with?

Let's take a look at the five best teammates from Kobe Bryant's legendary career.

5. Derek Fisher

The lefty appeared in 193 postseason games with the Lakers. He compiled averages of 8.8 points, 2.4 boards and 2.6 assists.

4. Rick Fox

Kobe Bryant and Rick Fox captured three-straight titles together in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Fox completed his Lakers tenure with numbers of 8.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 486 regular-season games.

Of course, Horry is best known for his game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer of the 2002 Western Conference Finals against the Sacramento Kings.

2. Pau Gasol

The Lakers acquired Pau Gasol from the Memphis Grizzlies in February of 2008, giving Kobe Bryant the second superstar he needed to compete for a title.

Kobe and Pau won back-to-back rings in 2009 and 2010. Gasol averaged 17.7 points and 9.9 rebounds in 429 games with the Lakers. He will be a future Hall of Famer one day.

1. Shaquille O'Neal

The most dominant player in NBA history, Shaquille O'Neal averaged 27.0 points and 11.8 boards per game with the Lakers. The Diesel won three championships with Kobe Bryant, three Finals MVPs and one regular-season MVP.

While Kobe and Shaq's relationship soured a little bit, the two Lakers legends patched things up and were close friends again before Bryant's tragic passing. O'Neal delivered a moving speech at Kobe's public memorial at Staples Center.

Shaq and Kobe are arguably the second-best duo in NBA history behind only Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen.
