In an interview with Evan Daniels of CBS Sports, Los Angeles Lakers fan favorite Alex Caruso was asked to name the toughest three players to guard in the NBA.

Caruso went with Brooklyn Nets stars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving before adding LA superstar LeBron James to his list.

“KD is one of them. His ability to shoot over you is unstoppable at times. That makes his mismatch so crazy,” the Lakers guard said. “I'd say LeBron. Obviously I'd throw him in there. I think Kyrie is up there. Just cuz he can score on so many levels and his finishing is so good even if like you stay in front of him he's still has a chance to make it.”

Durant is widely considered the best scorer in the game when healthy. The two-time Finals MVP won't play until next season because of his Achilles tear.

Lakers fans get to see LeBron's greatness 82 times a year during the regular season. The Purple and Gold nation is hoping the 2020 playoffs will be played, as the team is already slated for the postseason for the first time since 2013.

Irving, meanwhile, is a wizard with the basketball. Brooklyn Nets fans can't wait to watch Durant and Irving play together as teammates whenever the 2020-21 season starts.

LeBron James, Alex Caruso and the Lakers had the best record in the Western Conference standings before play was suspended. They were an impressive 49-14.
