When you think of possible All-Star players out of the Los Angeles Lakers, you'd only consider Anthony Davis and LeBron James as possible candidates. However, the will of an NBA fan is quite hard to predict. After putting up a string of impressive performances this season, Dwight Howard is also getting All-Star nods from fans. Moreover, cult hero Alex Caruso is also getting votes from fans who just love his story.

While the entire situation may be bewildering for some Lakers fans, you won't hear a peep or complaint from Davis if his teammates do make it to the final cut. While he himself knows that it's more unlikely that four Lakers will make the All-Star Game, he's happy how the fans are loving the four of them at the moment.

Harrison Faigen of Silver Screen & Roll wrote what Anthony Davis thought of the entire situation:

“To see Dwight in there, AC in there, obviously LeBron, myself, it’s good for all of us. Just as a team to see the success that we’ve been having, for our players to get the fruits of their labors (rewarded) and get some votes from our fans,” Davis said.

“I’m happy for them and hopefully both of those two guys can make the team. Come on Laker Nation, let’s get the whole team in there,” Davis said.

Howard got a second wind after bouncing from team to team over the past five years. Right now, he's averaging 7.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks a night. Meanwhile, Caruso is one of the most electrifying players on the Lakers bench. He's getting decent role player numbers at 5.4 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists on 20 minutes a night. However, his effort and hustle on both ends of the floor is something plenty of Lakers fans love about him.

It will be incredible if the four of them make it to Chicago, and Laker Nation will definitely do everything in their power to make it happen.
