Vanessa Bryant is still picking up the pieces almost two months removed from the unexpected passing of Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna. That's not even including the seven others who perished in a helicopter crash that rocked the world.

The 37-year-old widow is reportedly requesting a judge to make an amendment to Bryant's trust.  The amendment would include their youngest daughter Capri.

Per documents obtained by TMZ Sports, the trust was first established in 2003. It was to provide for Vanessa and their children in case of Bryant's demise. The document was amended several times over the years every time the couple conceived a new child. It currently includes the eldest Natalia, the late Gianna, and the third-born Bianka.

The latest revision was reportedly made in 2017 upon Bianka's birth. Capri's name was not yet included in the trust, considering she was born just nine months ago.

The agreement reportedly states that Natalia and Bianka can “draw from the principal and income in the trust during Vanessa's lifetime, and then her kids get the remainder upon her death.”

Vanessa simply wants to include Capri in that distribution. The trust was intended for Kobe to provide financial support for all his children upon his death. Bryant was 41 years old at the time of the accident, while Gianna was only 13.

Furthermore, Vanessa's request will likely be approved by the judge, the report indicated.

Bryant will always be remembered for the greatness he displayed on the hardwood. But he will also always be remembered as a devoted husband and father who showered his wife and four daughters with love and adoration.
