The Los Angeles Lakers will be without small forward Kyle Kuzma on Tuesday when they take on Russell Westbrook, Paul George and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Kuzma is still dealing with left foot tendinitis. The swingman missed the Lakers' previous game against the New Orleans Pelicans as well.

Los Angeles has already been eliminated from the postseason. Superstar small forward LeBron James has been shut down for the year, while Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart and Brandon Ingram have all been out for a while with season-ending injuries.

The Lakers are 35-42 on the season. Kyle Kuzma is averaging 18.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game for the Purple and Gold. The 23-year-old Michigan native is also shooting 45.6 percent from the field, 30.3 percent from beyond the arc and 75.2 percent from the free-throw line.

After Tuesday's game against the Thunder, Los Angeles has four games remaining in the regular season. At this point, the Lakers might as well shut Kuzma down if his foot isn't 100 percent.

Injuries have been the common theme for Los Angeles throughout the campaign. Their season went down the drain after James suffered a serious groin injury on Christmas against the Golden State Warriors. The Lakers went 6-11 without LeBron and fell out of the playoff race.
