LeBron James and Kyle Korver were recently teammates on the Cleveland Cavaliers, and LeBron took to Twitter to congratulate the Utah Jazz sharpshooter for moving back into fourth place on the all-time 3-pointers list by passing Jason Terry:

Korver passed Terry with a triple against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night. Korver made four of his eight 3-point attempts to finish with 16 points in a 110-102 Jazz victory.

This happened after Stephen Curry passed Terry the night before ā€¦ against the very same Bulls. Curry passed Korver about a week ago, but only one 3-pointer currently separates the two stud shooters.

Curry is in third place on the list with 2,285 treys on 43.7 percent shooting, while Korver is now up to 2,284 on 43.1 percent shooting. Of course, Curry has knocked down all these 3-pointers in just 656 games. The 37-year-old Korver has his number in 1,142 games.

Korver teamed up with LeBron starting in the 2016-17 season thanks to a trade from the Atlanta Hawks. Korver went to the NBA Finals with James in both 2017 and 2018, but the Cavaliers lost both times to Curry's Golden State Warriors.

LeBron James left Kyle Korver and the Cavs for the Los Angeles Lakers this past summer, and then Cleveland traded Korver to the Jazz earlier this season for Alec Burks and a pair of second-round picks.
