Someone needs to check LeBron James' birth certificate. Either the Los Angeles Lakers star is much younger than he's claiming to be or he's secretly related to the ageless Tom Brady.

Check out this irrefutable evidence as the Lakers star raced past Houston Rockets rookie Jalen Green, who's nearly half his age, and finished it with a reverse slam like he never left his prime.

The Lakers may not look like world-beaters just yet, but LeBron James continues to look like one of the best players in the NBA when healthy.

LA picked up an easy victory over the hapless Rockets in this one. LeBron and Anthony Davis didn't force the action too much, combining for just 31 points on the evening.

Russell Westbrook had a so-so outing as well, at least by his standards. The Lakers guard posted 20 points, eight rebounds, and nine assists with just two turnovers.

It was Carmelo Anthony who stole the show for the Lakers. Melo piled on 23 points in just 25 minutes of action, with an 8-for-18 shooting clip and five threes. He also did his thing on the defensive end, tallying two steals and an astounding four blocks.

The Lakers and Rockets face off at Staples Center again on Tuesday night.
