Los Angeles Lakers icon Magic Johnson had a blast during the NBA 75th Anniversary Team ceremony on Sunday. That much is clear looking at his tweets about Michael Jordan, LeBron James and other legends of the game.
Johnson seemed to really enjoy his interaction with former and current NBA players who are part of the 75th Anniversary Team. One that stands out the most, however, is his moment with Jordan. The two were as competitive as ever during the event, with Jordan calling Johnson an “old dog” before challenging him to a one-on-one.
The Lakers legend couldn't help but laugh at it, though they obviously share a mutual respect for each other.

Magic Johnson also got to talk with Lakers forward LeBron James, calling their moment “sweet” as they discussed several things from basketball, business and how to improve the community.
While Johnson has been vocal in criticizing the Lakers when they play bad and praising them when they play great, LeBron surely looked like he is not making a big deal out of it. Besides, the retired NBA legend is probably doing it to push the team further and motivate them to play harder night in and night out.

The 2022 NBA All-Star Game was certainly a treat because of the presence of Michael Jordan, Magic, LeBron and all the NBA legends at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. It is certainly a rare event, given the fact that you don't see that much greatness in once place.
