Former Los Angeles Lakers head coach Phil Jackson often stops by the team's practice facility when he's in LA, as the Zen Master has good relationships with several Lakers coaches and staff members, according to Ramona Shelburne of ESPN.

Phil Jackson was at the facility on Wednesday and was caught on camera.

Phil Jackson coached the Lakers for 11 seasons. He won five NBA championships, the first three with Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal, and the final two with Kobe and Pau Gasol. Jackson had an overall record of 610-292 with the Lakers in the regular season and 181-118 in the postseason.

Of course, now that LeBron James is on the Lakers, the sight of Phil Jackson at the practice facility is making more headlines than it really should. In 2016 when he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers, James said he lost all respect for Phil Jackson after Jackson characterized James' business associates as a “posse.”

It's highly doubtful James and Jackson crossed paths on Wednesday. The last thing the organization needs is for something to disrupt the good rhythm they are in right now. Los Angeles is 17-10 on the season, fifth place in the Western Conference. This is the best they have looked and played in a long, long time.
