Dallas Mavericks guard Jalen Brunson is claiming he is better than New Orleans Pelicans guard Josh Hart in both basketball and Fortnite.

The two NCAA champions won national titles with Villanova University under Wildcats head coach Jay Wright. Brunson — who was drafted 33rd overall by the Mavs last year — attended Nova from 2015 to 2018 and won two titles. Meanwhile, Hart attended from 2013 to 2017 and won a title alongside Brunson in 2016.

Brunson averaged 9.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 21.8 minutes per game during his rookie season in the NBA, appearing in 73 contest and making 38 starts with the Mavs. He shot 46.7 percent from the field, 34.8 percent from long range and 72.5 percent from the free throw line.

Hart, meanwhile, is a rising junior who will make his first appearance for the Pelicans this fall after being traded from the Los Angeles Lakers. The Purple and Gold selected the 6-foot-4 shooting guard with the final pick in the first round of the 2017 draft.

In his first two seasons with the Lakers, Hart averaged 7.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 24.4 minutes per game while shooting 43.5 percent from the floor, 36.1 percent from beyond the 3-point arc and 69.5 percent from the charity stripe.

Brunson and Hart aren't the only former Wildcats playing in the NBA though. The likes of Omari Spellman (Golden State Warriors), Donte DiVincenzo (Milwaukee Bucks), Mikal Bridges (Phoenix Suns) and Ryan Arcidiacono (Chicago Bulls) are also perfecting their craft in basketball's biggest stage.
