Houston Rockets guard James Harden and Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook won the last two MVPs, and Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo could win the award this season. So, it's not a big surprise that these three players have the biggest impact on point spreads among the postseason participants, according to BetOnline.ag.

Antetokounmpo, Harden and Westbrook are all worth about six to seven points when it comes to figuring out a spread:

Some may take issue with Westbrook being included in that top group given his steep decline in efficiency this season. However, the Thunder star did average a triple-double for a third consecutive season, and he means so much to what OKC does that it's tough to argue too much.

Antetokounmpo and Harden are no-brainers, though, given their status as the top candidates for this season's MVP award. Antetokounmpo is the favorite to win the award after Harden won last season, but either choice would make sense in what was a fantastic race.

Antetokounmpo led his Bucks to an NBA-best 60 wins while posting ridiculous averages of 27.7 points, 12.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.3 steals while shooting 57.8% from the field.

Harden, meanwhile, put up absurd scoring numbers as he led the Rockets back from a poor start to the season. The reigning MVP averaged 36.1 points, 7.5 assists, 6.6 rebounds and 2.0 steals.
