The NBA and ESPN's plan to televise a HORSE competition is nearing completion and among those expected to participate include Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Chris Paul, Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young and Chicago Bulls shooting guard Zach LaVine, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The NBA and ESPN are trying to work together to give sports fans some sort of entertainment during the coronavirus pandemic.

Chris Paul, Trae Young and Zach LaVine are all really good shooters. Paul and Young will probably tell LaVine he can't do any dunks for his shots.

ESPN is losing a lot of money just like the NBA, so it makes sense both parties are trying to get something going here. Hopefully, the plan will push through and more big-name players will join in on the fun. Guys like Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry and Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard should consider doing it. These are two of the deadliest, long-range shooters in NBA history.
