During the offseason, NBA players often play pick-up games with fellow players and sometimes celebrities. In a recent star-studded pick-up game, Carmelo Anthony, Trae Young, and Bradley Beal were seen balling with an unexpected guest, rapper 2 Chainz.

After getting knocked out by the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals, Young is back in the lab working on his craft as he is poised to make the All-NBA team next season,

Trae Young is seen showing off his dribbling skills with a flurry of moves. With all the work he has done this offseason,  he certainly will break more ankles during the course of the regular season.

As for 2 Chainz, he certainly has basketball skills as we can see in the clip above. The rapper was once a college hooper as he went on to play a full season of Division I ball at Alabama State in 1996-97, seeing time in 24 of 29 games.

It is also worth mentioning that 2 Chainz played on a two-on-two Celebrity pick-up game with fellow rapper Lil Baby against Jack Harlow and Quavo during the 2021 NBA All-Star weekend.

While we see NBA stars battle night in and night out, it is also exciting to see them in a different environment and atmosphere when they play in empty gyms.
