Fact: Kevin Durant is not not good. Also fact: He will be in MVP form once again for the Brooklyn Nets this upcoming season.

Durant has been among the NBA's top five players for years now. Last season, he almost singlehandedly led the Nets to the Eastern Conference Finals, with his running mates James Harden and Kyrie Irving dealing with injuries. It's quite obvious that KD has added weapons to his arsenal every year, and knowing how to adapt to changes has made him an unstoppable force (via ESPN).

“It went from playing a slower pace when I first got to the league to now playing a fast pace, 3-point style. So I think I've adjusted to that. Whatever happens next, I'll be ready.”

True enough, Durant has evolved into a more well-rounded player, especially during his stint with the Golden State Warriors. When he first came into the league as a lanky 19-year-old out of Texas, he was only considered a scorer (a good one), but through the years, he's learned to handle the ball more and speed up his style. Now at 33 years old, the former MVP's making sure he won't be left out.

“It's just the evolution of the game. I've played against different schemes and strategies out there. Coaches are working nonstop to try to figure out a new way to play the game, and I feel like I have to be on that same page. I got to sort of catch what's going on in the game of basketball just like a coach would, and I think that's what my development is.”

Kevin Durant is a good basketball player.
