Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant is back on Twitter, and he is on fire.

After recently defending rising stars Devin Booker and Trae Young on the idea of open-run double-teams, KD now burned a so-called basketball internet expert who thought he got one-up on KD.

As a little backstory, Durant apparently said that those who can’t make seven elbow jumpers in a row has no business talking about basketball. Someone took it as a challenge and managed to pull it off, even making it 10 straight elbow jumpers.

The person, who goes by the Twitter handle @kingshaundiz, then called out Durant after achieving the little feat.

Durant, however, has more weapons in his arsenal and quickly sent out a fire tweet in response.

Durant has built a reputation as a sensitive personality, proven by his responses to his fans on social media. KD has the habit of reacting to obvious taunts and even to non-sense comments made against him, something that has done more harm than good to his image.

Nonetheless, he clearly won with that strong clap-back — even though he is sure to get more hate and criticisms from it.

The new Nets superstar is currently recovering from surgery to repair his ruptured Achilles tendon, so he has plenty of time to respond on social media (which could be both a good thing and a bad one).
