Indiana Pacers small forward Bojan Bogdanovic becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer. The franchise reportedly wants to re-sign him, according to Scott Agness of The Athletic.

Bogdanovic is making $10.5 million this season.

[He] turns 30 this month. That's notable. I don't expect him to get a max, but it wouldn't be surprising for him to double his salary and get $18-20M. Teams have money and this is his time to really cash in on a three-, four-year deal.

And to make it crystal clear: The Pacers want Bogey back.

Bojan Bogdanovic has appeared in 79 games this season for the Pacers. The swingman is averaging 18.2 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.0 assists per contest while shooting 50.0 percent from the field, 42.7 percent beyond the arc and 80.7 percent from the free throw line.

Bogdanovic has been putting up 21.5 points per game ever since Pacers star shooting guard Victor Oladipo was lost for the season with a devastating right quadriceps tendon injury. Indiana is in the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference standings. The Pacers have a record of 47-32.

Bogdanovic will definitely receive interest on the open market once free agency starts on July 1. He has career averages of 13.3 points per game in 397 appearances with the Brooklyn Nets, Washington Wizards, and the Pacers.
