Aaron Rodgers is back to being the center of the NFL discussion once again. But the Green Bay Packers quarterback isn't happy with how he's being portrayed this time around.

The Packers star was the subject of a COVID-19 vaccine scandal after claiming he was “immunized” when asked about his vaccination status. He then went on sound off on his stance and there were some wild claims being thrown around, which a number of NFL voices spoke out against.

According to a report from People.com, a source close to Aaron Rodgers revealed that the Packers QB was hurting amid all the naysayers speaking out against him.

Via People:

He reportedly “feels like he just shared his point of view, and now he’s being crucified for it.” “He knew some people would disagree with him, but he didn’t know that it would become the shitstorm it became. People who he thought were friends are turning on him.”

The Packers star reportedly is “upset,” and “very unhappy with the response to him.”

Rodgers reportedly feels like he's best equipped to be making decisions on what he puts into his body.

“Aaron feels like he's an athlete, he knows about his body more than most people, and he made a choice for himself,” the source says.

With an unvaccinated Aaron Rodgers testing positive for COVID-19, the Packers were forced to play sophomore Jordan Love against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9. While Rodgers' adamant stance on the vaccine is divisive to say the least, one thing Packers fans can all agree on is they need him back on the field doing what he does best.
