Aaron Donald's status moving forward in the playoffs is still up in the air. That is what Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay told reporters following the Rams 30-20 win over the Seattle Seahawks.

“I will have more information for you later on,” McVay said via ESPN's Lindsey Thiry.

The Rams star was injured in the third quarter of the Wild Card matchup, reportedly suffering a rib injury. While he did return to the sidelines after heading into the locker room, he did not re-enter the game.

Donald got hurt while dealing a hit to Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. In the process, Donald was rolled up on by Russ, with the quarterback landing on top of Donald.

Prior to leaving the game Donald had recorded two sacks on Wilson. He's set to undergo X-rays once the team arrives back in Los Angeles to determine the severity of the injury. Updates will be made as they become available.

Donald recorded 13.5 sacks during the regular season for the Rams. He's obviously been one of the best pass rushers in the league throughout his career, winning NFL Defensive Player of the Year twice.

The Rams, who many did not give a puncher's chance to win this game, will more than likely face off against the number one ranked Green Bay Packers in the Divisional Round. The Rams are looking to get back to the Super Bowl for the second time in three years, losing to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LIII. If they hope to get there, they'll definitely need Aaron Donald back to do it.
