Don't count on the Los Angeles Rams pulling a “Philly Special” in the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots this Sunday.

Rams running back Todd Gurley says that Los Angeles won't even attempt such a stunt, because, unlike Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles, Rams signal-caller Jared Goff does not exactly have great hands:

Remember, in last year's Super Bowl, Foles caught a key touchdown pass which helped propel the Eagles to a victory over the Patriots. New England also tried to run a trick play of its own with Brady as the receiver, but Brady dropped a wide-open catch.

Goff might not be able to catch, but the 24-year-old is quickly developing into one of the best passers in the game.

On the season, Goff threw for 4,688 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions while completing 64.9 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 101.1 en route to his second Pro Bowl appearance.

Two weeks ago, Goff completed 25 of his 40 passes for 297 yards, a touchdown, and a pick during Los Angeles' NFC Championship Game victory over the New Orleans Saints.
