The Baltimore Ravens have a massive game in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Rams as they fight for their playoff lives. The Ravens didn't have Lamar Jackson or Tyler Huntley last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, forcing Josh Johnson into action. It probably wouldn't have mattered who was at quarterback in that game, because Joe Burrow threw for 525 yards in a 41-21 Bengals win.

Still, everybody is anxious to see who will be under center for Baltimore's game against Los Angeles. Based on the latest Ravens updates, it sure looks like it's going to be Huntley.

Jackson returned to Ravens practice on Wednesday but was limping badly, and now he's not practicing on Thursday. With Huntley off the COVID-19 list, he's taking first-team reps with Jackson out of practice. Jackson could still make his return to the lineup this weekend, but as of right now, it seems like a good bet that Huntley will start:

Jackson left Week 14's loss to the Cleveland Browns with an ankle injury and hasn't played since. Huntley was solid in relief in that game and then nearly led a huge comeback in Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers, but a late 2-point conversion wasn't successful.

The Ravens know they're in capable hands with Huntley, who led a game-winning drive earlier this season against the Chicago Bears. But beating an elite Rams team will be tough no matter who's under center. Baltimore's playoff hopes are looking somewhat bleak right now, but perhaps they can pull another rabbit out of a hat.
