It's very likely that we'll never see James Harden and Dwight Howard take the court as teammates again.

After season-long rumors that Dwight would leave Houston, a trade that nearly went down at the deadline, and recent rumors having three potential destinations, it seems all but inevitable. With a new report by ESPN detailing their relationship further, it's hard to expect the two players to continue their coexistence in Houston.

According to a team source in that report, the relationship of Harden and Howard is “cordially bad”. So while the two have tolerated each other this season, with the Rockets being officially eliminated from the postseason yesterday at the hands of the Warriors, there's now no reason for them to stick together.

Only time will tell where Dwight goes next.
