Following Game 1 of the NBA Finals, there has been much talk about the repeated interactions between Kevin Durant and Rihanna during the contest.

One of the sticking points was on the premise that she had yelled brick on a free throw attempt from Durant. However, that doesn't appear to be the case as another video angle has surfaced showing the woman next to Rihanna was actually the one heckling the former league MVP.

This changes much of the perspective of Durant starring in Rihanna's direction on several occasions on Thursday night. He may have very well been looking at the woman next to the Grammy-award winning singer the entire time.

That said, it's hard to believe he didn't at least notice Rihanna sitting courtside at the game. His answer postgame about the stare down may ring true, but it's something he wouldn't have done himself any justice by addressing it in any other fashion then declining to comment.

Keep in mind, Rihanna is a huge LeBron James fan and made that be known during Game 1 when she bowed to him before taking her courtside seat. If she chooses to attend Game 2 on Sunday night, there's no question she will once again be one of the primary focal points on social media off the court.
