Since Paul George informed the Indiana Pacers on Sunday that he would test the free-agent market next summer, his future with the organization has been a prominent topic around the league in trade rumors.

The Pacers are believed to desire to move George ahead of the 2017 NBA Draft on Thursday night in hopes of acquiring more assets in any potential deal for him. It now appears that the 27-year-old has taken his own first few steps toward moving out of the city of Indiana.

If this indeed George's home, this may be his subtle way of signaling that his time with the Pacers is nearing an end. The team has been exploring various trade scenarios for the veteran forward that include the likes of the Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raptors, and Washington Wizards.

The Lakers and Cavaliers have been the most active in attempting to acquire George ahead of the draft on Thursday night. Things have cooled down a bit on Cleveland's front because of the lack of interest from the Pacers in All-Star forward Kevin Love.

However, Los Angeles appears to be the most likely destination because of his desire to go there next summer and the team's intriguing package of the 27th and 28th overall picks along with either Jordan Clarkson or Julius Randle.

That said, it has become quite clear that George's time with the team will soon reach a conclusion.
