Phoenix Suns head coach Monty Williams says that as of now, no one on the team has shown coronavirus symptoms.

Tuesday brought even more bad news to the NBA, as four Brooklyn Nets players tested positive for the coronavirus, including two-time Finals MVP Kevin Durant.

The NBA suspended its 2019-20 season last Wednesday. Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert became the first player in the league to get the virus.

Since then, Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell, Detroit Pistons big man Christian Wood, Durant and the three other Nets players have tested positive.

Hopefully, no Suns players get the virus moving forward. Williams and Suns general manager James Jones will surely make it a point to keep in contact with their players while the coronavirus continues to spread.

Before the season got suspended, the Suns were in 13th place in the Western Conference standings with a record of 26-39. Phoenix was likely on its way to missing the playoffs again.

The Suns haven't been to the postseason since 2010, and they haven't had a winning record since 2014. If the season resumes, and that's a big if, the Suns would have 17 games left to play.

Devin Booker leads the Suns in scoring. The 23-year old guard is averaging 26.1 points per game while shooting 48.7 percent from the field, 36.0 percent from beyond the arc and 91.6 percent from the free-throw line.

Williams is in his first season as head coach of the Suns. He's already connected with the players well. Now, Jones just has to get Williams and Booker more talent to work with.
