Minnesota Timberwolves guard Derrick Rose has been playing spectacularly so far this season. Against the Los Angeles Lakers, Rose was in his element once again as he drilled a 3-pointer in front of Lonzo Ball. To rub it in, Rose has some choice words for Ball afterward.

Derrick Rose has been getting his mojo back this season as the former Most Valuable Player seems healthy again. If this is the version of Rose who will be in Minnesota for the rest of the season, then the rest of the league better watch out.

This seems to be the best season for the Timberwolves veteran since his Chicago Bulls days. The Timberwolves re-signed Rose to a one-year deal over the summer. If he continues to play this well, he could be due for a big pay raise from another team next summer.

Teams will be scouting Rose all season long and if he continues to play well, he will certainly get a ton of offers, and the Timberwolves may not be able to keep him past this season.

Derrick Rose finished with 31 points, five assists, and three rebounds. He shot 64.7 percent from the field and 77.8 from three. Rose and the rest of the starters scored in double figures.
