Tony Ferguson is apparently not a fan of Khamzat Chimaev. The two UFC fighters had quite the back and forth on social media.
Khamzat Chimaev had been firing off shots at everyone within shooting distance, including UFC welterweight Colby Covington. Somehow that ended up getting a response out of Tony Ferguson.

UFC lightweight Tony Ferguson didn't hesitate to respond to the tweet. Somehow it drew a reaction out of ‘El Cucuy.'

A fight between the two is very unlikely as Tony Ferguson is a lightweight while Khamzat Chimaev competes at welterweight and sometimes middleweight. They are also at very different points in their respective UFC career.
Khamzat Chimaev is expected to be fast-tracked to the UFC welterweight title after coming back from his hiatus in style. He has several rumored matchups with many options in the welterweight division.
Tony Ferguson is currently on a three-fight losing streak with the former UFC interim lightweight champion looking to come back in style. His last fight was against Beneil Dariush where he lost by unanimous decision.
Khamzat Chimav has been firing off shots to everyone in the UFC. It will be interesting to see what happens with Tony Ferguson after all of the trash talk.
