Clemson Tigers star quarterback Trevor Lawrence must isolate for 10 days after testing positive for COVID-19, which means he is out against Boston College and could miss the Notre Dame game on Nov. 7, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Trevor Lawrence is widely expected to declare for the 2021 NFL Draft after the 2019-20 college football season ends. He's expected to be the No. 1 quarterback taken.

In six games this season for Clemson, Lawrence has thrown for 1,833 yards and 17 touchdowns. He's completing 70.7 percent of his passes and has thrown only two interceptions.

Lawrence recently hinted that he could return to Clemson for his senior year, though that move would shock a lot of people in the sports world. Even if Lawrence doesn't want to play for the New York Jets–who could have the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft– Lawrence can't afford to pass on millions of dollars and run the risk of getting hurt during his senior year.

The NBA bubble at Walt Disney World worked perfectly, as there were zero positive COVID-19 tests. Thus far in the NFL and NCAA, there have been multiple players who have tested positive for COVID-19. Since there is no bubble for football, it's not too surprising to see that players in the NFL and NCAA are contracting the virus.

Hopefully, Lawrence is able to make a full recovery.
