Draymond Green couldn't help but to have some fun with his new teammate Kevin Durant after his Twitter fiasco this week, claiming he enjoyed a little payback after he had one of his own last offseason.

“I reached out to him, I talked to him through text the day of,” Green told reporters during the Golden State Warriors' Media Day. “And then the next day I saw him in person and I laughed at his face.”

“I got a laugh out of it, it was pretty funny to me and I reminded him ‘since you wanna talk about my mishap' and then I reminded him of my mishap with USA Basketball and when my mishap happened I was stressed out and all of them were laughing at my face, from Kevin to DeMarcus (Cousins) — he probably was the worst. And the beat goes on, they were all laughing at my face. So it's a little payback. I stood over there (Green pointed), right there laughing at his face and it felt pretty damn good to do.”

Green infamously posted a picture of his nether region on his Snapchat story by accident during his early stint with Team USA en route to the Rio Olympics last offseason. That event topped a court date for an incident with a Michigan State football player and a ban from Game 5 in last year's NBA Finals — making it a nightmarish summer for the 6-foot-7 forward, which had concerned the organization.

The 27-year-old justly got his payback with Durant, whom he's had great rapport throughout the years. Green also could not stop laughing when TMZ Sports asked him about Durant's snafu after leaving a nightclub in L.A.
