Miami Heat legend and future Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade dished out multiple positive comments on Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry on TNT Tuesday. Wade talked about Curry’s impressive ability to dominate on half-court offensive sets and how he instills fear in anyone defending him.

“Fear. You have a little fear not knowing what he's gonna do,” Wade said. “He has an amazing handle. When a guy can shoot from anywhere on the floor, when he shoots going left and he shoots going right.”

“And then when he gives the ball up, he's even more deadly with his cuts, his screening, with his ability to come off screens. He's just impossible to guard,” added Wade.

True enough, Curry has been one of if not the most exciting players to watch this season. It’s not just his ability to knock down shots from long distances but also how he works off the ball, creating shots for his Warriors teammates and himself. Curry is a difficult player to guard because he can do so much and it always leaves the defender guessing. Even with injuries galore on the roster, Curry still continues to amaze.

“Obviously all the highlights we see of him coming down shooting these 50-footers — but what I love about him is his ability to give the ball up, the ability to play off the ball, his ability to pass the ball with both hands, and also he's a great finisher,” Wade explained about the Warriors star.  “People don't give him credit [for that].”

Curry is shooting 66.7 percent within five feet over the last 36 games for the Warriors and boy, what a luxury that is to have. Wade summarizes it best, Curry is indeed phenomenal.

“He's a great finisher with both hands,” Wade added. “He takes contact well. This guy is phenomenal.”
