The Golden State Warriors have two of the greatest shooters of all time in Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. Ben Golliver of the Washington Post found an interesting factoid that makes a solid case for the two being the best-shooting combo to ever take the NBA floor, per Ben Golliver of The Washington Post.

The stats show that the sharpshooting duo is pretty much blowing the entire competition away when it comes to making three-pointers. The pair also holds the top two spots for most three-pointers made in a single game; Thompson has the record with 13 and Curry is right behind him with 12.

As of today, Curry is in third place for most treys made in NBA history behind Ray Allen and Reggie Miller. However, Curry is hitting shots at such a clip that it would be shocking not to see him take the number one spot by the end of his career. The Davidson product a ridiculous 44 percent from downtown in his career, and he attempts about eight a game. That's almost 300 threes a season, not including playoff games.

Thompson is no slouch himself. While he is only 20th on the all-time list as of now, he will more than likely end up in the top five spot. He is a career 41 percent shooter from beyond the arc and attempts about 7 a game, just a shade below Curry in both categories.

We are extremely lucky to see both these players take to the court and wow us with their otherworldly shooting strokes. Even if you can't stand the Warriors, it's impossible not to recognize greatness in these two dead-eyes.
