On Tuesday, Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry solidified himself as the greatest shooter to ever walk on the planet after he officially passed Ray Allen for first all-time in made 3-pointers with 2,974 in the opening quarter against the Knicks. That number climbed to 2,982 on Friday night after Steph dropped a 30-piece in a win over the Boston Celtics.

In the process, the Warriors guard reached 150 triples on the season in just 28 games. According to ESPN Stats & Info, that's an NBA record:

At this point, it's not even a surprise that Curry has broken yet another shooting record. After all, he single-handedly changed basketball to a shoot-first league over the years.

Steph went 5 for 15 from deep at the TD Garden, which isn't exactly great. But, you have to remember he takes over 13 treys per game. The fact that he's already reached 150 makes it understandable. The Warriors veteran is truly something else.

No one will likely ever catch this record or the one he broke on Tuesday. The craziest part about his historic night at MSG? He needed just 789 games to do it. Allen played 1,300.

The Warriors star knows nothing else but greatness and this latest feat just make us admire him even more for the way he shoots the ball at such an efficient rate. Keep doing your thing, Steph.
