Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is clearly hyped up after Klay Thompson officially announced his return to action.
Following Thompson's confirmation that he'll play on Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Curry immediately changed his Twitter photo to that of Klay. Bored Ape Yacht be damned. The Splash Bros. are back together!

It's hard to blame Stephen Curry for being this excited. After all, it has been over two seasons he shared the basketball court with Klay Thompson after the sharpshooter suffered back-to-back season-ending injuries.
Of course the return isn't a surprise. Everyone knows Thompson is going to return at some point his 2021-22 and the only question is when, but still, that doesn't lessen how special of a moment it is.
Some people expected to return during the week of Christmas 2021, which put him on track to play in their Christmas Day game. Unfortunately, he was deemed not ready to return to action at that time and the Warriors erred on the side of caution.
Now that he is back, though, expectations are high that Curry, Thompson and the rest of the Warriors will wreak havoc in the NBA once again. Klay could be rusty in his first official game after two seasons, but when he gets his rhythm back, the NBA better be ready.
