Stephen Curry just went nuclear on the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Golden State Warriors star erupted to lead an insane fourth quarter comeback – and that's apparently while he was injured.

The Warriors star opened up after the resounding come-from-behind victory to talk about his nagging hip injury that's bothering him much more than he showed on the court.

“I'll get an assessment,” said Stephen Curry after the Warriors win. “That charge really messed with me a little bit so I'm just trying to deal with that a little bit. So we'll see how it feels when I wake up. Don't got a lot of meat back there.”

The fact that Stephen Curry even played at all was impressive enough. Golden State listed him as questionable prior to the contest, nearly having him miss the game entirely. Instead, he dropped 40 points on the Cavs, including 20 in the fourth quarter that led a stunning 36-8 turnaround in the final frame.

There's not much reason for the Warriors to risk playing Stephen Curry on back-to-back nights in clear discomfort. Given that they're playing the Detroit Pistons who stand at just 4-10, there's a good chance he sits at least the next game out to give him some time to heal. After another mind-blowing performance against the Cavs, he's definitely earned it.
