Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has struggled to maintain his cool on the court as he currently leads the league for the most technical fouls with 15 this season but head coach Steve Kerr believes that it is not a cause for concern for the team.

In an interview with The Mercury News' Mark Medina, the multi-titled head coach Kerr is not concerning himself over Green's on-court antics because of his belief that a player like Green can play at the highest level when given some sort of motivation.

On top of those 15 technical fouls, Green has also been ejected three times this season.

“It's his competitive spirit, his drive, his passion, are things far more important to me then. Maybe he misses one game. Honestly, Draymond is at his best when he's playing with a chip on his shoulder,”

Green who is a three-time NBA All-Star is a walking defensive juggernaut for the Warriors averaging 11.2 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per contest, thus helping the team get a hold of the second seed in the Western Conference with 51-15 (win-loss) record.
