It has been one roller-coaster past couple of weeks for Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal, who has seen his name included in a multitude of notable trade rumors.

For one, Beal was a late scratch from Team USA's final team list for the Tokyo Olympics after being placed into COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Now, as mentioned, Beal's name has been hovering over the rumor mill ahead of the upcoming 2021 NBA Draft. As noted by one recent report, he is pondering whether to make a trade request to the Wizards front office.

Beal trade rumors are far from new, as he has been linked with potential trades to teams such as the Golden State Warriors.

Amid the uncertainty over whether he will remain in Washington, Beal has refrained from speaking on the trade rumors. However, his recent Twitter activity may have just hinted at just where his mindset is currently at regarding his Wizards future.

The Wizards guard recently liked a Twitter post featuring a photoshopped image of The Cat in the Hat book where the cover instead read “The Cap on This App”.

One could jump to conclusions from Bradley Beal's Twitter-like as he either has no interest in leaving the Wizards or is throwing subtle shade to some of the recent rumors.

Still, this is all just mere speculation considering that Beal nor the Wizards front office has yet to address the trade rumors.

The three-time All-Star is coming off of his best season to date, as he posted career highs in points per game (31.3) and field goal percentage (48.5 percent).

Beal will have plenty of options over the upcoming offseason, from signing a potential $181.5 million extension with the Wizards to going all out to leave the team via a trade request.
