One of the biggest storylines during Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday night was Rihanna‘s presence and actions that went viral all over social media.

When Rihanna was leaving the floor, she happened to head down to the tunnel behind NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. With that in mind, it was only a matter of time before Silver was asked about the situation involving the Grammy-award winning singer.

It was a unique experience for Silver seeing the fanfare for Rihanna closeup, which he obviously has plenty of enjoyment reminiscing about. It's not often that the NBA commissioner becomes involved in any fashion with celebrities outside of the league.

As for Rihanna, it's another notable situation that happened on Thursday night. She was seen bowing at LeBron James as she made her way to her courtside seat and dabbed at a Golden State Warriors‘ fan that told her to sit down. She was also the center of attention in perceived eye-to-eye staredowns with Kevin Durant, which were later revealed to be directed at the woman next to her that was yelling at him.

Lastly, there is a video of her verbally defending James and the Cleveland Cavaliers following the disappointing loss to the Warriors in Game 1. If Rihanna chooses to attend Game 2 at Oracle Arena on Sunday night, expect plenty more social media attention directed her way.
