The Houston Astros are just one game away from advancing to the American League Championship Series, but they're taking absolutely nothing for granted ahead of Game 3 against the White Sox in Chicago.

Shortstop Carlos Correa spoke on the Astros' outlook in the possible series-clincher, making it clear that Houston is strictly focused on the task at hand:

Dusty Baker's squad has been electric thus far in the ALDS, putting up 15 runs in the first two games. Game 2 on Friday was in a 4-4 deadlock heading into the seventh before the Astros put a five-spot on the board. Correa certainly did his part, smacking a huge two-run double off Craig Kimbrel to give his team the lead.

Even better, the Astros had no problem scoring runs off the White Sox's top two starters in Lance Lynn and Lucas Giolito. Their playoff experience is shining through right now, while Chicago is struggling to produce on the mound and with runners in scoring position offensively.

The Astros hand Luis Garcia the ball in Game 3, who posted a 3.30 ERA this season. If Houston can hold on in this series and win, whether it's on Sunday or not, it will be their fifth straight ALCS. They're certainly proving early on in October that another World Series is not out of the question.
