The NBA Draft is under Giannis Antetokounmpo trade watch ahead of Tuesday. The Miami Heat rose as a rumored potential destination for the Milwaukee Bucks star. He's got other possible suitors, though, which now prompted a message to God on The Greek Freak's end.

The past NBA Finals winner created an eerie Instagram post Monday. Antetokounmpo has his back turned with a black and white theme. But he posted this caption that turned heads:

“GOD, I trusted you at the beginning, and I will continue to trust you throughout,” he posted online.

Perhaps the perennial NBA All-Star fired off the signal that a deal has been made somewhere. Or he expects to be traded between Monday to Wednesday.

Sure enough, the post sparked reactions. Some fans posted the Heat logo in the comment section of his post. Another fan, however, started believing that Antetokounmpo could end up with the Boston Celtics. Some fans started envisioning the longtime face of the Bucks joining the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Miami and Boston are the two trending contenders to land him. Longtime Heat insider for the Miami Herald Barry Jackson, however, added this intel. 

“I asked Giannis associate why not say Miami and only Miami. Answer was: As much as he would love to be in Miami, he would be OK with Boston too,” Jackson posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Jackson adds: “It was conveyed to at least one (far) West team that he would not extend there, which dissuaded that team. But Giannis camp ultimately was not going to try to dissuade every team.”

But a Boston proposal could involve star Jaylen Brown, per ClutchPoints NBA insider Brett Siegel. Perhaps the league sees a Antetokounmpo-Brown swap in the comin days.
