Unfortunately for the Milwaukee Bucks and their fans, the team will be without power forward Mirza Teletovic for awhile after he underwent left knee surgery.

Team update via Bucks.com:

“Teletovic will be sidelined for the next four weeks after undergoing successful arthroscopic surgery on Tuesday to repair cartilage in his left knee. The surgery was performed by Dr. David Altchek at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York and was supervised by Bucks team physician Dr. William Raasch.”

Teletovic is a key member of the Bucks' bench and a consistent threat from behind the arc, shooting 46.7 percent from three-point range. In 10 games this season, Teletovic is currently averaging 7.1 points, 2.3 rebounds and one assist per game in just 15.9 minutes of action.

The Bucks (8-8) are already without forward Jabari Parker, who is still targetting a February return following his recovery from a second ACL tear in his left knee, which he suffered last season.

Milwaukee will have Tuesday off before they travel to take on the Phoenix Suns (7-11) on Wednesday night at the Talking Stick Resort Arena as newly-acquired guard Eric Bledsoe makes his return to Phoenix — the first of a four-game road trip, which comes to an end against the Portland Trail Blazers on Nov. 30.
