Kyle Korver's trade with the Utah Jazz has already been finalized Thursday.

The 37-year old makes his return to his former team and is expected to bring the same level of competitiveness that he has brought with the Cavaliers.

According to Andy Larsen of TheSaltLakeTribune, Jazz General Manager Dennis Lindsey thought that he struck a good deal with this trade.

Recently the Cavaliers' locker room has expressed their displeasure regarding the trade as per Kyle Newport of Bleacher Report.

But there is no way the Cavaliers can rule the Eastern Conference as they used to do before. They are currently the worst team in the East as of this writing with a 4-16 record.

The departure of their two biggest stars in the two previous off-season has paved the way for this new phase of struggle in Cleveland.

The management must make a move to salvage the team in the future. It is obvious that they can not compete with their present lineup and they should bargain for the future.

The Cavaliers received a couple of second-round picks from the Jazz in 2020 and 2021. Veteran Alec Burks also joined the lineup.

Utah's offense is struggling, and they are currently 13th in the Western Conference with a 10-12 record. Their 105.3 points per game were the third lowest in the conference and Donovan Mitchell needs some help.

Korver is known as one of the best three-point shooters in league history. He is a scorer and is capable of delivering points every time he comes from the bench.

In 16 seasons of playing, he averages 9.9 points per game and converts 43 percent of his three-pointers.
