Jordyn Woods' wardrobe has a “lucky” component that she is ready to bring throughout the NBA Finals.
Woods is preparing her looks for the New York Knicks' run at the NBA Finals following their sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers. The social media personality is engaged to Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns, and she recently shared that she is not letting up on one of her staples in her playoff wardrobe.
“Once playoffs start, everything becomes part of the ritual if we keep winning,” she told Vogue following Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Knicks, in fact, won the series with four consecutive wins following their sweep of the Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. They are currently on a franchise-record 11-game winning streak.
“We're nine wins in, and now I have my lucky Woods by Jordyn bag, my game-day GRWMs on TikTok, and a watch I refuse to take off. At this point, I'm not risking changing anything,” she said. “I created a sample of the Tux Clutch Mini specifically for the playoffs.”
“I wore it for Game 1 during one of my TikTok GRWMs, and ever since then we've kept winning, so now it's officially become the lucky bag,” she added of her signature orange clutch.
Following their Eastern Conference win, Woods shared several photos from the night on Instagram, including one alongside Towns holding the trophy.
“I’ve watched you make it to the Conference Finals three years in a row,” she wrote in the caption. “Through every high and low, you’ve kept your head down, stayed optimistic, and remained the most consistent, genuine teammate, family member, and now fiancé. No matter where life takes us, it’s only up from here. NBA Cup Champions, Eastern Conference Champions… and now just 4 more wins.”
She concluded, “Couldn’t be more honored to be on this journey with such an incredible human being. I love you!!! Let’s go NY.”
The Knicks will face the Western Conference Finals champion who has yet to be crowned. The Western Conference Finals are on tonight (May 28) with reigning NBA Champions Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs. OKC currently leads the series 3-2 and if they win tonight they will be back in the NBA Finals or the Spurs can force Game 7 if they pull out a win tonight.
