The Philadelphia Eagles have had to deal with a bevy of injuries on the offensive side of the ball this season. For yet another week, the Eagles will be shorthanded at wide receiver with Nelson Agholor likely out with a knee injury versus the Dallas Cowboys, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Agholor has been inactive for the Eagles since he suffered the knee injury in Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins. On Sunday, he will miss his third consecutive game—and there's a chance that he doesn't play in Week 17 either.

In 10 starts this season, Agholor has tallied 39 receptions for 363 yards and three touchdowns. The fifth-year wide receiver has received heavy criticism from the fans in Philadelphia for his inconsistency at the wideout position.

Besides Agholor, the Eagles have also had to place Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson on injured reserve this season. As a result, Carson Wentz has had little to work with in terms of viable offensive weapons.

But in recent weeks, Greg Ward has emerged as a potential go-to wide receiver down the stretch. Ward was an undrafted rookie out of Houston and actually played quarterback in college.

Just last week, Ward had a career-best seven receptions for 61 yards and a touchdown. As a matter of fact, it was the first touchdown of his career and it came in the final moments of the game to defeat the Washington Redskins.

Provided that, Ward will likely continue to see an uptick in targets on Sunday against the Cowboys. At the same time, Agholor might have already played in his final snap with the Eagles.
