Former NBA star Baron Davis invested in ClutchPoints Inc. on Thursday.

Like ClutchPoints founder and CEO Nish Patel, Davis attended UCLA. After two seasons starring for the Bruins, the L.A. native was selected third overall in the 1999 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets. Davis played for the franchise for six seasons in both Charlotte and New Orleans before moving on to the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and New York Knicks. Davis finished his career with averages of 16.1 points, 7.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game.

Davis previously created the Black Santa Company, which sells various items  like shirts, beanies, onesies, and more while also staying active in the community.
