The New York Giants are looking to put an end to their seven-game skid against the Green Bay Packers in Week 12. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen whether or not tight end Evan Engram or wide receiver Golden Tate will be available.

According to Art Stapleton of The Record Sports, both players were not ale to get any practice time in:

Evan Engram and Rhett Ellison not practicing. Working on the side with training staff.

No sign of Golden Tate or Jabrill Peppers.

Waiting on official word, but Kareem Martin participating in individual drills. Would mean his IR-designation to return 21-day clock has begun.

The prospect of Engram and Tate not being able to play undoubtedly deals a crushing blow to the receiving corps for quarterback Daniel Jones. As a result, he may have to prepare for life without two of his most talented pass-catchers for another game against Green Bay.

Engram has been out of commission for nearly the last month while nursing a foot injury. He had been one of the better receiving tight ends in the NFL prior to being sidelined. Unfortunately, dealing with injuries has become a concerning trend so far in his young career.

Meanwhile, Tate is still recovering from a concussion he sustained during the 19-14 loss to the Chicago Bears. The injury had occurred while he was making a 23-yard touchdown grab. He will have the rest of the week to clear the concussion protocol id he hopes to get back on the field in Week 13.
