Tuesday's contest between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Minnesota Timberwolves went down the wire with Ja Morant and Co. edging out their opponents for a thrilling 111-109 victory in Memphis. This was a big victory for the Grizzlies who are now just one win away from booking their spot in the second round after taking a 3-2 lead in the series.

This game was not short in fireworks with Morant exchanging jabs with firey Timberwolves guard Patrick Beverley. PatBev has been hitting Morant with the ā€œtoo smallā€ celebration for pretty much the entire series so on Tuesday night, the Grizzlies superstar made sure to get his revenge (h/t Bleacher Report on Twitter):

It was Morant who had the last laugh in this one, though, with the Grizzlies guard coming up with a game-winning lay-up to close out the game.

Beverley was not even on the floor in that final possession. Morant took full advantage as he drove it to the rim strong and without any fear whatsoever.

Game 6 shifts back to Minnesota with the Wolves in a must-win situation. A loss for them sends them packing on an early summer vacation.
